EM Architects.

EM Architects were entrusted with the complete architectural and structural design of this exceptional tower located within an up-coming area of Gzira. This 21-storey building serves as an architectural icon within the Maltese landscape and has completely redesigned the city’s skyline. Through our design process, we wished to break up the verticality of the tower structure through the design of terraced setbacks and through the complex combination of steel, concrete and the façade cladding so as to create a most interesting 3 dimensional façade. Within our façade design of this high-rise building, we also sought to incorporate green architecture within the steel and concrete structure, through the implementation of vertical landscaping panels. This stunning building provides 360 degree views of the nearly marina, the historical Manoel Island area and even beyond Valletta.
