EM Architects.

EM Architects have been entrusted with the complete architectural and structural design of the Fortina complex in Sliema. Demolition works have already been completed and construction works are underway to construct a new 15-storey complex as well as raise the existing Fortina tower to a total of 23 storeys. More importantly, we planned our design so as to create approximately 2,500 square metres of open public space the back of the residential block which will be maintained by the hotel. Our design also includes a car park that will accommodate 400 car parking spaces.
